Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. All items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Important Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items from our collection cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bodysuits
  • Catsuits
  • Masks
  • Gloves

These intimate apparel items are final sale to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety for all our customers.

The Return & Exchange Process

  1. Submit Your Request
    Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization
    Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items
    Securely package the items in their original condition with all tags attached. Include a copy of your original order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Send your package to our returns address (provided with your authorization) using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  5. Processing
    Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility
  • Exchange items will be shipped once the return is processed
  • Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
