Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- In original, unworn condition
- Unwashed and unaltered
- All original tags attached
- In original packaging
Final Sale Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following intimate apparel items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bodysuits
- Catsuits
- Masks
- Gloves
These items are final sale to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety for all our customers.
The Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
Step 3: Package Your Items
Securely package the items in their original condition with all tags attached. Include a copy of your original order confirmation.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Send your package to our returns address using a trackable shipping method:

Step 5: Processing
Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return.

- Exchange items will be shipped once the return is processed

International Returns
